Omniscient — Discovery, Hardening,
Deception, and Continuous Purple Team
The platform behind Barr Cyber's own MSSP practice, documented end to end: fleet discovery with drift detection, source-locked access, atomic hardening with pre-flight review, a two-key credential vault, RSA-signed dead-man heartbeat, a five-zone deception board with real tiered containment, and live adversarial validation under signed rules of engagement.

HESUS — A Development Brain
Folded Into A Live Production Product
A portable "project brain" for AI-assisted development, built across 203 bundles and 32 pre-registered empirical studies. Measured: a brief carries under half a percent of what the cortex holds at 1,500 records, 10.2× cheaper than re-reading the source it replaces, with retrieval holding to 3,000 records. Includes the studies that refuted the product — a retracted headline, deleted code, and a corrected scale claim.

ASUS ROG Zephyrus G16 (2025)
Out-of-Box Performance Diagnostic
Brand-new RTX 5070 Ti laptop running at 130°F and lagging on a light game. Root cause: Armory Crate shipped non-functional from factory. Remediated in under 2 hours. Temps dropped 37°F. FPS tripled at Epic settings.

MSP Accountability · PCI DSS v4.0
Hotel GM workstation rebuilt from scratch after thermal failure caused by MSP oversight gap. 25 attack vectors closed. 6 PCI DSS v4.0 requirements documented with command-level evidence. Incumbent MSP monitoring formally found non-operational — 95 hours, zero contact.

Recovering a Drive Windows
Couldn't See · VMD Driver Injection
A corrupted OS, an NVMe drive invisible to the Windows installer, and files trapped in a terminated employee's profile. 11.5 GB recovered before wipe, the drive brought back with a hand-injected Intel RST VMD driver, and a repair job that turned out to be a security problem — failed commands left in, because that's how it went.

Enterprise Network Security Architecture & Pentest
Segmentation, Identity & Offensive Validation
End-to-end network architecture for a multi-entity operation — VLAN segmentation, firewall rule design, Entra ID / RBAC identity framework, and zero-trust lateral-movement containment. Designed by the same operator who then runs the pentest against it. If the architecture can be broken, the attack path is documented and closed.
